Sears Holdings Announces Search for New CFO
Sears Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: SHLD) today announced that Craig T. Monaghan, executive vice president and chief financial officer, will leave the company at the end of the month to return to Florida where his family still resides. William C. Crowley, chief administrative officer, executive vice president and a director, will assume the additional responsibility of interim chief financial officer until a replacement can be named. Mr. Crowley had served as chief financial officer of the Company prior to the arrival of Mr. Monaghan in September 2006.
The company will commence a search to fill the chief financial officer position immediately.
